Refund & Return Policy

At PKBedding, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings
  • Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery

2. Return Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details.
  3. Share clear photos of the product showing the issue.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The returned item is approved after inspection.
  • The product is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Since we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only:

  • Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, depending on customer preference.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Exchange Policy

We may offer an exchange instead of a refund if:

  • The same product is available in stock.
  • The customer prefers replacement over refund.

Exchange delivery times may vary depending on location.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain bedding products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment confirmation.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
